Originally from Oita Prefecture, she began studying classical ballet at the age of three. After moving to Tokyo, she gained experience in various dance styles, focusing on ballet, and has performed on numerous stages.

She studied abroad in London, where she broadened her range of expression while training in a professional environment. After seeing a Latin-based performance there, she became captivated by the overwhelming dynamism unique to pair dancing and began learning salsa.

She has experience performing and teaching, including appearing in music videos and teaching dance at kindergartens. She met HIDE & PEKO while auditioning for "West Side Story," and remains their mentor to this day.
